Sphere
Terms of use
Last updated November 2026
These terms cover your use of sphere.inc and of the certificate pages it serves. By opening the site, from a Sphere Card, a printed certificate or a link, you agree to them. The certificates themselves are covered by the Certificate terms.
1. What this site is
sphere.inc is run by Sphere. It publishes the Certificate of Authenticity of each piece registered with Sphere, lets you open a certificate from its Nº or its Sphere Card, and lets you claim a certificate in your name.
2. What you may do
You may read certificates for pieces you hold, are offered or are considering, and show them to others for that purpose. You may link to a certificate page. You may not read certificates by automated means, try Nºs you were not given, probe the site's endpoints, copy the site's design or mark, or use the site in a way that interferes with it or with other visitors.
3. Accuracy and availability
Sphere works to keep the site available and the certificates accurate, and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. The site is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, Sphere gives no warranty about its availability or about any content beyond what the Certificate terms state.
4. Third-party sites
Certificate pages may link to a public ledger explorer and to the contact channels of a seller or marketplace. Those sites are not run by Sphere and have their own terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Sphere name, mark, certificate layout, texts and code belong to Sphere or its licensors. Product images and listing descriptions belong to the sellers who supplied them and are shown here for the purpose of the certificate.
6. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Sphere is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and its responsibility for any certificate is as set out in the Certificate terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
